757.38 LIMITED EFFECT OF CITY CLERK'S CERTIFICATES.

The certificates of the City Clerk provided for in Sections 757.35, 757.36 and 757.37 of this article shall not bar subsequent investigations, examinations, audits, assessments and refunds with respect to the taxpayer.
