§ 111.19 ADVERTISEMENT.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to advertise the offering of massage services unless the advertised establishment is duly licensed under the provisions of this chapter.

§ 111.20 RESPONSIBILITY OF OWNERS OF PROPERTY.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to knowingly allow the use of any place, business, establishment or premises owned, operated, leased or managed by him or her to be used in violation of any of the provisions of this chapter.

§ 111.21 TRANSFER OF LICENSE.
   No license or permit shall be transferable except with the consent of the township. An application for such transfer shall be in writing and shall be accompanied by fees prescribed in §§ 111.04 and 111.05. The written application for such transfer shall contain the same information as requested herein for initial application for the license or permit.

§ 111.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter or section of this chapter shall, upon conviction in summary proceedings before any District Justice, be fined no more than $300. Each day that a violation occurs or is continued, shall constitute a separate offense. Upon judgment against any person by summary conviction, or by proceedings by summons on default of the fine or penalty imposed and the costs, the defendant may be sentenced and undergo imprisonment for a period not exceeding 30 days.
   (B)   The imposition of the fines and penalties herein prescribed, shall not preclude the township from instituting appropriate action by injunction or otherwise to prevent any violation of this chapter.
