137.02 ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH SERVICES DIVISION.
   An Environmental Health Services Division in the Department of Public Health is hereby established. The Environmental Health Services Division is responsible for food protection, disease control, safe drinking water, sewage disposal, school health, rabies control, swimming pools, mobile home parks, solid waste disposal, public health nuisances, institutional health, lead poisoning and such other programs and duties as assigned to the Division by the Board of Health or the Health Commissioner and required by State law or City ordinances.

137.03 PLUMBING INSPECTIONS DIVISION.
   A Plumbing Inspections Divisions in the Department of Public Health is hereby established. The Plumbing Inspections Division shall administer and enforce State and City plumbing codes.

137.04 PUBLIC HEALTH NURSING DIVISION.
   A Division of Public Health Nursing in the Department of Public Health is hereby established. The Division of Public Health Nursing shall assist the City Health District's physician in providing for the public health and perform such other duties assigned to the Division by the Board of Health or the Health Commissioner and required by State law or City ordinances.

137.05 VITAL STATISTICS DIVISION.
   A Division of Vital Statistics in the Department of Public Health is hereby established. The Division of Vital Statistics shall compile and maintain a record of births, deaths and other vital statistics within the City and perform such other duties assigned to the Division by the Board of Health or the Health Commissioner and required by State law or City ordinances.
