§ 93.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Whoever violates any provision of § 93.02 shall be fined not less than $25 nor more than $100 for each offense. Each opening made in violation of the provisions of § 93.02 shall constitute a separate offense.
   (B)   Whoever violates any provision of § 93.14 shall be fined not more than $50 for each unauthorized entrance upon the unmade, unimproved, or unsurfaced street, by each vehicle, shall be deemed a separate offense.
   (C)   Whoever violates any other provision of this chapter for which a penalty is not otherwise provided shall be fined not more than $100.
