ADOPTING ORDINANCE

ORDINANCE NO. 7-1979

ADOPTING THE CODIFICATION, RENUMBERING, REARRANGEMENT AND PUBLICATION IN BOOK FORM OF THE CODE AND ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF SPRINGDALE

      WHEREAS, an updating of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Springdale has been completed, and

      WHEREAS, it is the intent of Council to convert its Ordinances into codified form,

      NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Springdale, Ohio six members elected thereto concurring:

      Section 1. That the codification, renumbering, rearrangement, and publication in book form of the Code and Ordinances of the City of Springdale is hereby adopted.

      Section 2. That the Code of Ordinances as adopted is attached hereto as a part of this Ordinance and marked Exhibit A. A copy is also on file with the Clerk of Council.

      Section 3. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
