(a) It shall be unlawful for any person to display or offer for sale in a Farmers’ Market any produce purchased directly or indirectly from any other person or a product not produced upon land either owned or leased by himself.
(b) A Farmers’ Market is limited to the sale of food and food products with the exception of plants and flowers. Incidental services may be offered where the vendor is participating as a “producer” as defined in this article.
(c) Any item sold must meet all federal, state, county and local health codes.
