EDITOR’S NOTE: By Ordinance passed May 13, 1997, in order to avoid repetition and duplication of statutes, the City of Spencer, West Virginia, deleted from the City Code all offenses which are also offenses and can be prosecuted under the laws of the State of West Virginia.
