Sec. 17-455. Permitted operations.
   It shall be unlawful to operate snowmobiles and all-terrain vehicles on city property (except where allowed under section 17-455). This includes public parks, playgrounds, recreation areas, city campground, and parking lots. Notwithstanding, the city council can authorize special permission for an event on city property. This section does notprohibit the use of snowmobiles or all-terrain vehicles by city officials in the normal course of their official duties.
