(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) (1) Any person or entity who shall violate any provision of § 150.21(A) of this chapter shall, upon conviction of such violation, be punished by a fine, the amount of which shall be set by the township from time to time, or by imprisonment of not to exceed 90 days, or both such fine and imprisonment.
(2) Each day of which any such violation shall continue shall be constituted a separate offense.

(C) Any person, corporation, firm or other entity who violates any provision of § 150.21(B) of this chapter is responsible for a municipal civil infraction, subject to payment of a civil fine, the amount of which shall be set by the township from time to time, plus costs and other sanctions, for each violation, as authorized by § 10.99 of this code of ordinances and other applicable laws. Repeat offenses under § 150.21(B) of this chapter shall be subject to increased fines in the amounts as provided by § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

(D) Any person, corporation, firm or other entity who violates any provision of § 150.22 of this chapter is responsible for a municipal civil infraction, subject to payment of a civil fine, the amount of which shall be set by the township from time to time, plus costs and other sanctions, for each violation, as authorized by § 10.99 of this code of ordinances and other applicable laws. Repeat offenses under § 150.22 of this chapter shall be subject to increased fines in the amounts as provided by § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

(G) Any person, corporation, firm or other entity who violates any provision of §§ 150.35 through 150.41 of this chapter is responsible for a municipal civil infraction, subject to payment of a civil fine, the amount of which shall be set by the township from time to time, plus costs and other sanctions, for each violation, as authorized by § 10.99 of this code of ordinances and other applicable laws. Repeat offenses under §§ 150.35 through 150.41 of this chapter shall be subject to increased fines in the amounts as provided by § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
