§ 150.35 MAINTENANCE OF DANGEROUS BUILDINGS.
   It is unlawful for any owner or agent thereof to keep or maintain any private dwelling, two-family dwelling, or part thereof in the township which is a DANGEROUS BUILDING, as defined in § 150.36 of this chapter.
