(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person, corporation, firm or other entity who violates any provision of §§ 93.01 through 93.06 of this chapter is responsible for a municipal civil infraction, subject to payment of a civil fine, the amount of which shall be set by the township from time to time, plus costs and other sanctions, for each violation, as authorized by § 10.99 of this code of ordinances and other applicable laws. Repeat offenses under §§ 93.01 through 93.06 of this chapter shall be subject to increased fines in the amounts as provided by § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
