(A) Any remedies provided in this subchapter shall be cumulative of any other remedies the township may have at law or in equity and shall not limit the liability of any responsible party under any local ordinance or state or federal law, rule or regulation.
(B) All such remedies may be exercised sequentially or simultaneously.
