§ 52.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Whoever violates any provisions of this chapter for which another penalty is not already herein provided shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   (1)   Any person violating any provision of §§ 52.003 through 52.009, §§ 52.025 through 52.035, 52.050 through 52.059 and 52.070 through 52.076 of this chapter shall be served by the city with written notice, stating the nature of the violation and providing a reasonable time for the satisfactory correction thereof. The offender shall, within the period of time stated in the notice, permanently cease all violations.
      (2)   Any person who shall continue any violation beyond the time limit provided for in this chapter, or any person who shall violate any provision of § 52.059 of this chapter, shall be fined in an amount not exceeding $500 for each violation. Each day in which any violation shall continue shall be deemed a separate offense.
      (3)   Any person violating any of the provisions of §§ 52.003 through 52.009, §§ 52.025 through 52.035, 52.050 through 52.059 and 52.070 through 52.076 of this chapter shall become liable to the city for any expense, loss or damage caused to the city by reason of the violation.
