(A) The sewerage treatment works will be depreciated upon a straight line basis with a useful life of 30 years with a salvage value established under the definition contained in § 52.002 of this chapter.
(B) All personal property shall be depreciated upon the basis of a useful life of 30 years; and a replacement value at the end of the useful life of 100% of its existing fair market value when purchased and installed as a part of the total sewerage treatment works.
