§ 130.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Violators of § 130.030(B) shall be subject to a fine of no less than $100 and no more than $500.
   (C)   Violators of § 130.033(B) shall be subject to a fine of no less than $75 and no more than $200.
   (D)   A person who violates a provision of § 130.040 is guilty of a separate offense for each day or part of a day during which the violation is committed, continued or permitted. Each offense, upon conviction, is punishable by a fine as established by § 10.99, or as amended.
   (E)   The penalty for violation of § 130.187 shall be from $10 to $250 fine for the first conviction and $250 to $500 for each subsequent violation thereafter.
