§ 130.033 GAMES IN STREET.
   (A)   No person shall, upon any village street, fly any kite or play any game of ball or engage in any amusement or practice having a tendency to injure or annoy any person passing in the streets or on the sidewalks.
   (B)   It is strictly prohibited and a violation of the ordinances of the village to engage in skateboarding, roller-blading or related activities on public property of the village. Public property shall include all sidewalks, public roadways, alleys and public rights-of-way, basketball courts, under pavilions, bandstands, gazebos or other structures and all property located within any village park or village parking lot. Nothing in this division (B) shall be construed to prohibit skateboarding, roller-blading or related activities on private property with the express permission of the owner of that private property.
