§ 130.187 HARBORING A RUNAWAY YOUTH PROHIBITED.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to harbor, hide, conceal or aid a person defined as a runaway in § 130.185 above for the purpose of prevention of or delaying the apprehension of the runaway or the return of the child to his or her parent, guardian or legal custodian or to knowingly conceal information that prevents or delays the apprehension of the runaway or the return of the child to his or her parent, guardian or legal custodian.
   (B)   It shall not be a defense that any person hiding a runaway did not know that the child was a person defined in § 130.185 above.
