(A) Whoever violates any provision of this code or other ordinance of this village for which another penalty is not specifically provided, shall be fined not more than $750 for each and every violation thereof, and every day the violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
(B) Any minor or person designated a juvenile by this state convicted of a violation of any section of this code shall be fined a minimum of $50 and a sum not to exceed $750 for any one offense, but may not be confined, except by provisions of the Juvenile Court Act of the state.
