Each licensee shall clean up the licensed premises and remove unsold trees, branches and debris on or before the succeeding January 2. No person shall burn such trees, branches or debris. No licensee shall abandon licensed premises without such cleaning and removal. If any licensee fails to do such cleaning and removing, the Director of Public Services or a person designated by him or her shall enter upon the premises, do such cleaning and removing and charge the cost thereof to the deposit required by Section 822.02 and the remainder, if any, shall be refunded. Any licensee who performs his or her obligations as required by this section shall be refunded his or her deposit on the next succeeding January 3.
