822.02 LICENSE APPLICATIONS; CASH DEPOSIT.

An application for a license required by this chapter shall be accompanied by a cash deposit as specified in the Business License Fee Schedule, plus evidence of a Michigan sales tax license granted or applied for, plus evidence of lease or ownership of the licensed premises, and permission for the Director of Public Services to enter upon the premises and clean them, if necessary, under Section 822.03.
