810.02 LICENSE REQUIRED; FEE.

No person shall operate or maintain a bakery or bulk food establishment in the City without first obtaining a license therefor in accordance with Chapter 802. No such license shall be issued except upon certification by the City Clerk. The fee for such a license shall be as specified in the Business License Fee Schedule.
