670.03 DISTURBING THE PEACE.

(a) No person shall act in a violent, boisterous, turbulent, quarrelsome, indecent or disorderly manner, use profane, obscene or vulgar language or commit any act or do anything to disturb the good order, peace and dignity of the City, its inhabitants or other persons.

(1974 Code Sec. 9.65)

(b) No person shall make, aid, countenance or assist in making any improper noise, riot, disturbance, breach of the peace or diversion tending to a breach of the peace.
