CHAPTER 262
Building Authority
EDITOR'S NOTE: Pursuant to Act 31 of the Public Acts of 1948, Extra Session, a Building Authority was established by Ordinance 91, passed November 10, 1965, for the purpose of acquiring, constructing and financing necessary buildings and sites for the City's benefit. The Articles of Incorporation of such Authority are contained in such ordinance, and copies of the same may be obtained, at cost, from the City Clerk.
   There are no sections in Chapter 262. This chapter has been established to provide a place for cross references and any future legislation.
