(a) No person shall throw, shoot or propel any arrow, missile, pellet, stone, metal or other similar substance capable of causing physical harm to persons or property.
(b) This section does not apply when such shooting or propelling of an arrow, missile, pellet, stone or other similar substance is done for educational purposes or in cases where such arrows, missiles, pellets, stones, metal or other similar substances are used for target practice in a confined ceiling and wall-enclosed structure not penetratable by such arrows, missiles, pellets, stones or other similar substances. Adult supervision shall be required when permitted for the above purposes.
(c) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
