(a) All plumbing fixtures in a dwelling structure shall be supplied with running water from the Municipal water supply system.
(b) Every dwelling unit shall have an approved supply of running hot water properly connected to all plumbing fixtures requiring hot water.
(c) Back flow preventers shall be installed on any plumbing fixture in a dwelling structure that would possibly cause contamination of the potable water supply system, i. e. laundry trays, outside sill cocks, etc.
(d) All plumbing fixtures in a dwelling structure shall be connected to a public sanitary sewer, or approved equivalent.
