1307.05 FEES, EXPIRATIONS, AND REVOCATION.
   (a)   The Building Commissioner, or his designee, shall issue the Certificate of Contractor Registration upon submission of a complete application with the required accompaniments and the payment of a fee for each registration as follows:
      (1)   Each registration fee shall be one hundred dollars ($100.00).
      (2)   On evidence that work has been started without first obtaining a Certificate of Contractor Registration, the applicant shall pay a fee as listed in Section 1307.05(a)(1) of this chapter times two.
   (b)   If the Building Commissioner, or his designee, finds that the contractor has failed to submit a complete application, has submitted an application containing false information, or has been notified of a violation of any provision of the South Euclid Codified Ordinances, notice in writing shall be delivered by hand, certificate of mailing, certified mail, private express mail, ordinary mail, E-mail, or fax to the contractor or his agent. The notice shall specify a reasonable period of time within which to remedy the findings. If the contractor fails to remedy the findings, the Building Commissioner shall proceed with a stop order and revocation of the Certificate of Contractor Registration pursuant to the procedures set forth in this chapter and subject to the appeal procedure set forth in Chapter 1303.
