Each vehicle included in the permit issued in accordance with Section 1143.01 shall be inspected by the Police Department with particular reference to proper emergency lights as required by law for such vehicles. Each applicant to whom a permit is issued shall be furnished with a copy of Codified Ordinance Section 521. 04(d) covering the requirements of ice and snow removal.
