1134.04 PERMIT DENIAL FOR PREVIOUS CONVICTION.

Any person, firm, corporation or association of persons who shall be convicted pursuant to the provisions of Section 1134.99 shall not be granted a permit under the provisions of this chapter for a period of five years next following the date of such conviction.
