Any person, firm, corporation or association of persons who shall violate any provisions of this chapter or who, being the holder of a permit issued pursuant to the provisions of this chapter, shall violate or fail to comply with any of the provisions or conditions of such permit or sell or offer for sale at any sale conducted pursuant to such permit any property other than such as is defined and provided for by Section 1134.01 and Section 1134.03(f) is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree and shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00).
