(a) This chapter shall not require a fee to be paid in connection with any sale ordered by a court of law.
(b) This chapter shall not require a fee from nonprofit corporations, churches, temples, clubs or lodges conducting personal property garage sales, provided that such organizations conduct their sales on real estate owned or occupied by such organizations.
(c) This chapter shall not require a fee to be paid by residents taking part in an organized streetwide yard/garage sale, nor by a resident taking part in such a sale from whom a fee would not otherwise be required under Section 1132.05(a).
