726.03 DWELLING TYPES.
   The following one-family dwelling unit types shall be permitted in a planned unit residential development:
   (a)   Detached units on subdivided lots.
   (b)   Attached cluster units.
   (c)   Townhouses, with not more than four units attached in any one building.
