§ 92.06 USE AND PROTECTION OF FACILITIES.
   (A)   Clean up - requirements concerning use of grounds and facilities. Each person using the park system, shall clean up all debris, extinguish all fires when such fires are permitted, and leave the premises in good order, and the facilities in a neat and sanitary condition.
   (B)   No person shall commit any nuisance in the park system.
   (C)   No person shall paste or affix or inscribe any handbill or poster on any structure or property in the park system.
   (D)   No person shall swim, wade, play on or in, sail, boat, canoe, float, skate, icefish or enter any permanent body of water within the park system. The prohibitions set forth in this division (D) of § 92.06 shall not apply to persons participating in an event or program of the Village’s Park and Recreation Department.
   (E)   No person shall use a skateboard or in-line skates on any part of the park system except as permitted in the designated skate park (see § 92.30) or except as permitted on the surfaces of sidewalks, trails, paths, parking lots and rights-of-way. This provision may be enforced whether or not the specific area of the park system has signage reminding the public of this prohibition.
   (F)   Activities protected by the First Amendment (including speech acts and rights of association and peaceable assembly) within Panton Mill Park are controlled by the Panton Mill Park Limited Public Forum Policy in force and effect at the time of the First Amendment Activity.
