The following rules are hereby established for the skate park and, together with other appropriate information, these rules shall be prominently displayed at the skate park: "Skateboards and inline skates only; Use of safety equipment is highly recommended; No ramps, boxes, or other devices other than those provided by the village may be used in the facility; No food or beverages allowed on or near the equipment; Skaters shall respect the safety of others; Smoking or any other use of tobacco products is prohibited; Alcoholic beverages are prohibited."
