§ 131.08 HALTING FLOW OF TRAFFIC.

Any person who shall congregate with another or others in or on any public way so as to halt the flow of vehicular or pedestrian traffic and refuse to clear the public way when ordered by the town police or other lawful authority shall be deemed a disorderly person.
