(A) Any person who shall cause, provoke or engage in any fight, brawl or riotous conduct so as to endanger the life, limb, health, or property of another shall be deemed a disorderly person.
(B) Any person who shall, for the purpose of engaging in any fight or brawl, assemble or congregate with another or others; or any person who shall assemble or congregate for the purpose of trouncing another shall be deemed a disorderly person.
(C) Any person who shall use "fighting words" directed towards any person who becomes outraged and thus create a turmoil that can be seen or heard by the public shall be deemed a disorderly person.
