DISORDERLY CONDUCT
§ 131.01 VIOLENCE.
   Any person who shall act in a violent or tumultuous manner toward another whereby any person is placed in danger or in fear of safety of his or her life, limb or health or whereby the property of any person is placed in danger of being destroyed or damaged shall be deemed a disorderly person.

§ 131.02 FIGHTING.
   (A)   Any person who shall cause, provoke or engage in any fight, brawl or riotous conduct so as to endanger the life, limb, health, or property of another shall be deemed a disorderly person.
   (B)   Any person who shall, for the purpose of engaging in any fight or brawl, assemble or congregate with another or others; or any person who shall assemble or congregate for the purpose of trouncing another shall be deemed a disorderly person.
   (C)   Any person who shall use "fighting words" directed towards any person who becomes outraged and thus create a turmoil that can be seen or heard by the public shall be deemed a disorderly person.

§ 131.03 JOSTLING.
   Any person who shall be found jostling or roughly crowding or pushing any person in any public place shall be deemed a disorderly person.

§ 131.04 GAMBLING.
   Any person who shall assemble or congregate with another or others for the purpose of or with the intent to engage in gambling or gaming in violation of the laws of the State of South Carolina shall be deemed a disorderly person.

§ 131.05 ACCOSTING.
   Any person who shall accost or attempt to force his or her company upon any other person or attempt to pick-up any other person is in violation of this chapter.

§ 131.06 VULGARITY.
   Any person who utters, while in the presence of another, any lewd or obscene words or epithets or makes any lewd or obscene gestures with his or her hands or body shall be deemed a disorderly person.

§ 131.07 VIOLENCE AGAINST LAWFUL OCCUPATION.
   Any person who shall, by acts of violence or aggression, interfere with another's pursuit of a lawful occupation shall be deemed a disorderly person.
