(EDITOR'S NOTE: See Section 1705.99 for general Building and Housing Code penalty.) In the event the contractor, owner or mover fails to comply with Section 1717.01(b)(5), he shall pay a penalty of one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each day he so fails to complete such moving and the building remains upon or over the streets of the City and the City may move such building or cause the same to be moved and the contractor, owner or mover and the surety on his bond shall be chargeable with and liable for the costs thereof.
