A violation of any provision of the Sanitary Sewer Use Ordinances may be declared a public nuisance by the Property Board, to be corrected or abated as directed by that Board. Any person(s) creating a public nuisance may be subject to the provisions of Article 153 of the Administrative Code, to include reimbursing the Property Board and Sanitary Board according to the rates provided in Section 1119.07 of the Health and Sanitation Code, for any and all costs incurred in removing, abating, or remedying said nuisance.
