§ 12-3-2 SERVICE MAY BE DISCONTINUED UNDER CERTAIN CONDITIONS.

   The city may discontinue water and sewer service upon any of the following conditions:

   A.   To prevent fraud or abuse;

   B.   Disregard of city rules pertaining to water and sewer service;

   C.   Emergency repairs;

   D.   Insufficient supply caused by factors outside control of city;

   E.   Legal process;

   F.   Direction of public authorities;

   G.   Local emergency requiring emergency measures;

   H.   Tampering with materials or other equipment by the consumer; and/or

   I.   Delinquent water and sewer bills, as provided for in §§ 12-4-3 and 13-1-1.
