§ 1496.01 HABITATION; PARKING ON PRIVATE PROPERTY NEAR TOILET FACILITIES REQUIRED.
   No person shall occupy any house trailer within this city as a place of habitation, nor, being the owner or in control of a house trailer, permit it to be so occupied, unless such trailer is parked upon privately owned real estate within 100 feet of a dwelling containing a lavatory, bathtub and toilet, all supplied with running water, to which each occupant of the trailer shall have free and unrestricted access.

§ 1496.02 LIMITATION ON NUMBER OF TRAILERS ON PARCELS.
   No person, being the owner or in control of any parcel of land within this city, shall permit more than one house trailer at a time to be used as a place of habitation thereon.
