CHAPTER 1050: ELECTRICITY
Editor’s note:
   The city contracts, from time to time, with the Cleveland Electric Illuminating Company and the Ohio Edison Company for electrical service. Copies of the latest relevant legislation may be obtained, at cost, from the Clerk of Council.
   Ordinance 2000-164, passed July 17, 2000, and approved by the voters on November 7, 2000, authorized an electricity aggregation program with opt-out provisions, pursuant to Ohio R.C. 4928.20.
   There are no sections in Chapter 1050. This chapter has been established to provide a place for cross references and any future legislation.
