§ 95.056 RECORDS, REPORTS.
   The director shall keep a record of its proceedings, file the record with the city clerk, and make those reports as may be required by the board. The records of the board filed with the city clerk or copies of any records when duly certified by the city clerk shall be competent evidence of the proceedings of the board.
