§ 95.023 PERMIT REQUIRED FOR CERTAIN ACTIVITIES.
   No bands, processions, parades, military displays, entertainment, exhibitions, or public meetings shall be allowed in any park nor may any person reserve a picnic shelter or portion of any park unless authorized in writing by the director.
