§ 95.020 PROCEDURE FOR APPEALING DIRECTOR’S REFUSAL FOR PERMIT.
   Within five working days after receipt of a request for a permit required in this subchapter, the director shall inform an applicant of his or her reasons for refusing a permit, and any aggrieved party shall have the right to appeal in writing within ten days to the board, which shall consider the application under the standards for issuance set forth in this subchapter and sustain or overrule the director’s decision within five days. A permittee shall be bound by all applicable park ordinances. The director shall have authority to revoke a permit upon a finding of violation of any rule or ordinance or upon good cause shown. Further appeal of decisions of the board and director may be made in accordance with §§ 30.040 through 30.046 of this Code.
