§ 91.018 PLAN REVIEW.

When applicable to the fire prevention code or building code, no person shall erect, construct, enlarge or improve any building or structure in the city, or cause the work to be done, without first submitting a complete and official set of plans to the fire chief or the fire prevention division for review and approval.
