§ 57.109 REQUIREMENTS FOR DISPOSAL OF SOLID WASTE GENERATED FROM THE TREATMENT OF REGULATED MEDICAL WASTE.
   Any person that brings solid waste generated from the treatment of regulated medical waste to the landfill shall meet the following requirements:
   (a)   Provide documentation that the waste has been properly treated. Sampling and testing of the solid waste generated from the treatment of regulated medical waste shall be performed by a method and frequency approved by the city;
   (b)   Maintain waste manifests containing information regarding the waste generators and quantities of materials treated from each source;
   (c)   Allow the city to inspect the treatment facility and required records; and
   (d)   The facility shall maintain all records for a minimum of three years.
