§ 57.108 CONDUCT PROHIBITED.
   The following conduct is prohibited by any hauler licensed under this chapter, any member of the public, or any other person or entity, unless the applicable permit to allow the activity has been obtained, if any applies, and the operation is in accordance with the appropriate federal, state and local laws, rules, and regulations:
   (a)   Scavenging at the landfill or any transfer station;
   (b)   Knowingly:
      (1)   Collecting any of the following substances;
      (2)   Concealing or failing to disclose any of them when entering the landfill or a transfer station; or
      (3)   Depositing any of them at the landfill or a transfer station:
         A.   Hazardous waste;
         B.   Regulated medical waste (except treated medical waste with documentation of waste sources and third party testing); and
         C.   Special waste (unless the party seeking to dispose of such waste receives prior approval from the public works environmental division and provides 24-hour notice prior to deliver to the landfill).
   (c)   Acceptance of liquid wastes; and
   (d)   Concealing or failing to disclose any type of waste to avoid payment of fees at the landfill.
