All household and commercially generated garbage, animal waste, rubbish and other materials shall be placed in a securely tied bag. Recyclable materials shall be separated from the waste stream. Required recyclables collected shall not be deposited at the sanitary landfill. Animal waste from commercial operations shall be deposited and transported in covered leak-proof hauling units.
