§ 4-4-5 COMPLIANCE WITH CONSTRUCTION REGULATIONS.
   It shall be the duty of all building constructors to comply with all ordinances relating to the construction and repair of buildings or other structures, to the construction of streets or sidewalk pavements, and all laws or ordinances pertaining to or regulating the activities in which engaged.

§ 4-4-6 NONLIABILITY OF TOWN.
   The town shall not be held liable for any work which shall be performed by a contractor or vendor performing work.

§ 4-4-7 REVOCATION OF LICENSE.
   Any building contractor license may be revoked by the town for repeated violations of any ordinance relating to the construction, alteration, or repair of buildings, or any aspect of construction work as outlined in this chapter.

§ 4-4-8 PENALTY.
   Any person, contractor, firm, or corporation which violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to penalty as provided in § 1-4-1. Each day any violation of any provision of this chapter continues shall constitute a separate offense.
