§ 2-2-1 MEMBERSHIP; COMPENSATION.

   There is created a Recreation Center Advisory Board, which shall consist of a minimum of three persons and a maximum number of five persons, or such other number of members as the Town Council shall determine by resolution, who shall serve without compensation.

§ 2-2-2 APPOINTMENT AND TERMS OF MEMBERS.

   The members of the Recreation Center Advisory Board shall be appointed by the Town Council for a term of three years. Members may serve successive terms upon reappointment by the Town Council.

§ 2-2-3 OFFICERS OF BOARD.

   (A)   Chairperson and Vice Chairperson. Within 30 days after the initial and each appointment, the Recreation Center Advisory Board shall elect a Chairperson and Vice Chairperson.

   (B)   Secretary.

      (1)   The Community Events Director, or any other person designated by the Recreation Center Advisory Board, shall serve as Secretary of the Board, and shall serve the Board in an advisory capacity.

      (2)   The Secretary shall record minutes of meetings and shall circulate the minutes to the Recreation Center Advisory Board and Town Council.
